José L. Orengo, founded the Orengo Law Firm P.C. after working over 17 years as an attorney for the New York City Council, the office of the Manhattan Borough President, and LaGuardia Community College of the City University of New York. Mr. Orengo is an experienced attorney in will drafting, trusts, estate law, guardianships, as well as small business and government regulatory law and legislation.
Mr. Orengo's main objective in creating the Orengo Law Firm is to offer wills and trusts legal services to individual and families in a personal yet professional manner. He also is committed to helping small businesses thrive. The Orengo Law Firm P.C. is a company grounded in a culture of trust and respect, the standard by which they do business. Born in Puerto Rico and reared in the South Bronx, Mr. Orengo grew up in public housing and is proud of his military service. He earned a bachelor’s degree at Queens College and a law degree at the CUNY Law School. Mr. Orengo was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1997 and he is a member of the bar of the United States Supreme Court and the New York Federal Circuit of the Southern and Eastern districts.
